Additional Information

Anglican Community Fund (Inc) is not authorised under the Banking Act and is not supervised by APRA; and the investment will not be covered by depositor protection provisions in section 13A of the Banking Act. Anglican Community Fund (Inc) is designed for investors who wish to support the activities of the Anglican community and for whom profit may not be the primary consideration. Unless advised otherwise, Anglican Community Fund (Inc) will deem all deposits lodged by more than one person to be joint deposits and, in the event of death of one joint investor, will deem the survivor to have title to the deposit. For all other deposits, in the event of death of an investor, Anglican Community Fund (Inc) will recognise the executor, administrator or personal representative or the depositor's estate, after satisfactory evidence to that effect has been provided, as the person(s) authorised to administer the deposit. Otherwise, deposits are not transferable.

Savings / Cheque Accounts

Interest rates may vary without notice. Interest is paid on daily balances at the end of each calendar month / quarter depending on the account type.

Term Deposit / Certificates

The interest rate is fixed for the term of the deposit. Anglican Community Fund (Inc) may agree to early repayment of a deposit in exceptional circumstances, in which case an interest penalty may apply. We reserve the right to repay any or all deposits together with any accrued interest after giving two months notice of our intention to do so to investors. Notices of maturity of term deposits are sent to depositors prior to maturity. Unless instructed otherwise, we will renew the deposit for a similar period on terms and conditions then applicable.
