e-Statements will be available from 1st January 2017


  What are e-Statements?

e-Statements are a PDF version of your statements and allow you to access your statements electronically 24/7 via online services.

  How do I access e-Statements?

Simply log on to online services and complete the e-Statement application form.

  Will I automatically receive e-Statements?

Customers will need to apply for e-Statements by completing the online form.

  Can I receive both e-Statements and Paper statements?

Customers will need to choose either option.

  Can e-Statements be produced for a closed account?

Customers will need to contact ACF for a statement for a closed account.

  How far back can I view e-Statements?

From the 1st January 2017.

  Can I change the frequency of e-Statements?

Please contact ACF for any changes to your statement cycle.

  Can I choose not to have any statements?

Either paper statements or e-Statements will be issued.

  Will I be charged for e-Statements?

There are no charges for e-Statements.
