MY Account Online Features

1. Can I use MY Account Online to access all of my accounts?
MY Account Online customers may access a variety of accounts including loan accounts, savings accounts, cheque accounts and investments.

You will be able to view transactions made on any of your savings, cheque or loan accounts.

2. Can I use MY Account Online to make payments to accounts at other banks?
MY Account Online allows you to transfer funds to any bank account (credit cards excluded) at any financial institution in Australia*.

*Any Australian financial institution identified with a valid BSB number

3. Are there any accounts that I can't transfer funds from?
Due to the nature of some accounts (term deposit accounts, certificates, loans and passbooks), MY Account Online does not allow funds to be withdrawn from them. If you are wondering what type of accounts will not allow funds to be withdrawn, please contact Anglican Community Fund at info@aqnglicancf.com.au or call on 9325 4182.

4. What is the Send ACF Secure Mail?
Send ACF Secure Mail is an email service that enables you to send account information and enquiries to our Client Service Team in a confidential and secure manner. Your message will automatically include your Anglican Community Fund MY Account Online Access ID, so that we can identify you properly. Sending a Secure Mail message is easy. Access the 'Send ACF Secure Mail' function, fill out the relevant fields, write your request/enquiry, then 'Send' the message.
