1. What is MY Account Online? MY Account Online provides secure access to your Anglican Community Fund accounts via any computer connected to the Internet. You may conduct your banking at any time you wish, from any location in the world. 2. How do I apply for MY Account Online? Before you are able to access MY Account Online, you need to register for the service.
You can do this by either of the following methods.
Registration by Telephone:
You are able to register to use the service calling 9325 4182.
Operating Hours: Mon - Fri 9 a.m. – 4.30 p.m. Our Client Service Officers will ask you some questions to confirm your identity, and will provide you with a unique access Client Number and ask you to nominate an eight (8) character password. Once signed in you may change the initial password to a password of your choosing.

You may register for MY Account Online at Anglican Community Fund’s Perth Office.
Upon registration, you will receive all of the relevant information such as Anglican Community Fund’s contact details, your client number and your password. Please note that you will be required to produce adequate identification in order to register for MY Account Online.
3. When Can I use MY Account Online? MY Account Online is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 4. Are there any fees charged for use of MY Account Online? Currently, there are no access fees charged for using MY Account Online. You can perform an unlimited amount of transfers free of charge. 5. What steps have been taken to make MY Account Online Secure? ACF has the following security measures in place to help protect our online customers. Technologies used to protect your data SSL connection The secure connection between your browser and the MY Account Online uses a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This is a well-respected technology developed by Netscape, Microsoft and RSA Inc that is supported by most browsers. Your browser will not be able to connect to the MY Account Online service without SSL.
Encryption ACF has implemented rigorous security mechanisms to ensure that your information and accounts are protected. The latest strong encryption technologies have been used to protect your data when being sent over the Internet.
Access to your account information is controlled using your customer number and password and it is therefore very important for you to protect your password. As information sent between your browser and the Fund is encrypted, it makes it very difficult for anyone to get your password in transit from the Internet.
Monitoring suspicious activity Our technology supplier (Data Action) have systems in place to constantly monitor online transactions. If they come across a suspicious looking transaction, ACF and Data Action will investigate it to ensure there is no breach of security. Occasionally, this may involve one of our staff members contacting you to verify a transaction. 6. What can I do to help protect my information Online? ACF has taken a number of measures to help protect online clients.
Specifically you can take the following steps to ensure no one but you can access your accounts. - Regularly update your anti virus software and make sure it protects against spyware.
- Always access MY Account Online by typing www.anglicancf.com.au into your browser and selecting MY Account Online.
- Confirm that your data is encrypted by ensuring a symbol of a lock appears at the bottom right hand corner of the browser
- Always check your statements for any transactions that look suspicious
- Always select Exit from the top navigation menu when you complete your banking
- Close your internet browser after signing out at the end of each Internet Banking session

8. What should I do if I am not an Anglican Community Fund customer but want to use Anglican Community Fund’s MY Account Online Service?
